Welcome to Dreamstand! These are the simple terms for using the app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use Dreamstand

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must be the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You're responsible for supervising your children's use, including any selling, meeting customers, or handling of money, which should always happen with a trusted adult present.

Money is yours to handle

Dreamstand is a learning and planning tool. It does not process payments or hold any money. If you add a payment handle (like a Venmo username), it's yours, and any sales, taxes, refunds, and product responsibility are handled by you as the adult — not by Dreamstand.

Be kind and safe

Please use Dreamstand for its purpose: encouraging kids. Don't upload unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate content, and don't include a child's last name, address, school, phone, or photo. We may remove content or accounts that put children at risk.

Real businesses, real life

Starting a small business involves real-world steps (permits, food-safety rules, and local laws can apply). Dreamstand offers encouragement and kid-friendly guidance, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Use good judgment and check local rules with a grown-up.

Your content

The ideas and content your family creates belong to your family. You give Dreamstand permission to store and display it so the app works for you (for example, showing a stand page you choose to publish). You can delete your content or your whole account anytime.

As-is, and changes

Dreamstand is provided “as is” while we keep improving it. We may update these terms; if we make important changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Questions? Email support@unitedundergod.org.
